Don’t BeLIEve Everything You Hear or See

I am the type of person that is open to hearing any new information. I am also the person that will try to fact check everything that I hear. This is because I know that not all info is true info. In this land of lies, mass deception and indoctrination I have found that there are many people sharing information that they believe is true. There is a saying that goes “ If you tell a lie long enough, it becomes the truth.” Let’s just say these people speak with so much conviction that if the only thing you did was just listen to them, overtime you would believe the lie also. In some cases its manipulation in other cases its actually true or half true. Either way nowadays there is just so much INFORMAAATIONNNN being thrown at us only God knows what the truth is. From our favorite conspiracy theorists to news anchors to random social media posts; IT IS ALL JUST TOO MUCH.

There are so many serious things being talked about,  some of which we as a people should come together and take to the streets in protest. But because of the large amount of information being shared I feel "WE" are kind of stuck in this place called "Where Do We Start?". I suspect that this flooding of information is done on purpose to distract, confuse, destabilize and ultimately poor fear into us all. Just think about some of the things that people are talking about human trafficking, wars, government mass depopulation plans, crisis actors, reptilians, planned pandemics, flat earth vs. round earth, one world government, fake meat, liberals vs. conservatives, 5G, demonic celebrities and so much more. In this past year alone I have heard so much that if you just believed it all it would push you to insanity or into a total panic. However, if you know me then you know that I wouldn't be me if I didn't mention God. Below I have shared 3 biblical principles that will help you keep the faith and not totally lose it.

  1.  2 Timothy 2:15 "Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth" - If you study and do your own research no one can mislead you. Be sure to fact check anything that people share with you. Some people share false information without intending to. So, please question EVERYTHING!  Also, lets not be lazy in our research just because you can find it on Google does not make it a fact.
  2. Romans 12:2 "Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect." - Similar to our first scripture we need to question everything but this scripture points out something deeper and that is spiritual discernment. Which is using spiritual guidance to develop understanding or come to the truth. Simply stated, some truths require Gods guidance in order for them to be revealed. This is why it is important to be in constant connection with God. The best way to do this is through prayer and silence so you can hear from God.
  3.  The phrase "do not be afraid" is written in the bible 365 times.- This principal is easier said than done because everyone has something that causes them to be afraid. But, it is not just about not having fear. It is about the actions you choose or do not choose to take when you are afraid. We have to stand firm in what we believe and not be moved just because you are afraid. We have to think, pray, ask and wait on God for his guidance even when we are so afraid that we want to make a quick decision. Lastly, if you allow fear to control you then anyone can use fear to control you.

Which one of the 3 principles do you resonate most with and why? Share your response in the comment section below. Also feel free to share your opinions or to ask a question.

I wholeheartedly am in agreement when you discuss misinformation and mass information being shoved down on us, it’s to the point that most people are either stagnant or just plain numb to everything. It seems like we live in a world where we are being manipulated in all different ways. The people that are supposed to have our best interest seem to have their own agenda.
I personally have not been on certain social media platforms because it is such a distraction.
